Ram Narkar joins Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd as Chief Human Resource Officer

Marking an important milestone in his distinguished career of more than 27 years in human resources and organisational leadership. In his new role, Ram will lead the company’s human resource strategy, culture, and people transformation initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between business goals and employee excellence.

Before joining Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd, Ram served as Executive Director – Group HR and Administration at J.B.BODA Group, where he led strategic initiatives in talent management, organisational development, and governance. His leadership played a key role in shaping people-centric practices and fostering a high-performance work culture.

Earlier in his career, Ram held senior positions at Tata Business Support Services and JSW Steel Ltd, where he developed extensive expertise in workforce management, operational excellence, and employee engagement.

An alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Ram is widely recognised for his process-driven approach, people-first mindset, and dedication to building collaborative and inclusive workplaces.
