Throughout his career, Rakesh has built strong expertise in HR transformation, industrial relations, and talent development. He has held key leadership positions that contributed to shaping talent strategies and business outcomes. His earlier professional journey includes significant roles at Asian Paints, Guardian Industries, Crompton Greaves (now CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited), and Rallis India Limited. In each of these roles, he played a key part in building high-performance and people-centric cultures.
