Earlier in his career, Rajesh worked as Vice President Operations at CD Equisearch Pvt Ltd. During this phase, he developed strong expertise in operations management and financial services, building a solid foundation that later supported his transition into senior banking roles.
Rajesh’s professional journey highlights consistent performance, deep domain knowledge, and a strong commitment to driving business growth. His experience across operations and banking positions him well to add value to HDFC Bank’s ongoing initiatives and long term objectives.
