Quess Corp, a leader in staffing solutions, has launched a fresh business vertical named Origint—Powered by Quess—aimed at transforming the global capability centre (GCC) landscape. This new division is designed to offer comprehensive, end-to-end services to enterprises looking to establish, expand, and operate GCCs in India and other vital international locations, tapping into what is projected to be a $105 billion opportunity by 2030.
Origint promises to deliver an all-inclusive suite of services, including strategic planning, regulatory adherence, real estate and infrastructure management, AI-driven recruitment, digital onboarding, and managed operations. Tailored solutions will also be available for companies seeking shared services hubs, research and development units, tech delivery centres, or customer experience operations.
India stands as a thriving hub with over 1,700 GCCs, having welcomed 120 new centres just this year. These centres have driven a remarkable 17 percent year-on-year growth in the tech workforce, creating nearly 180,000 jobs in 2024 alone. Forecasts suggest this market will employ around 2.4 million professionals by the end of the decade.
Guruprasad Srinivasan, CEO and Executive Director of Quess Corp, emphasized the shift in global enterprises’ focus: “Companies today are demanding more than cost-cutting; they seek agility, innovation, and scalability. Origint is crafted to evolve capability centres into vibrant ecosystems that empower businesses to flourish in a fast-changing digital world.”
Adding further momentum to this initiative, Quess Corp has appointed Mohit Mathur as the Chief Business Officer for the GCC segment, who will steer Origint’s growth and execution.
With Origint, Quess Corp aims to be a one-stop destination for global businesses to accelerate their capability centre ambitions with seamless integration and expert management, creating a future where GCCs are not just operational hubs but engines of innovation and growth.
