In his new role, Mr. Kumar will lead the organization’s talent strategy with an emphasis on “talent assurance for 10X growth,” strengthening hiring frameworks, leadership development, and scalable talent systems to support the company’s rapid expansion.
Kumar brings extensive experience in developing global talent acquisition functions for high-growth, engineering-led organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Cyient, where he led the company’s global talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple markets.
Prior to Cyient, Kumar spent nearly 10 years at Quest Global as Global Head – Talent Acquisition, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s resourcing strategy. His work supported organizational scaling and helped advance talent initiatives aligned with the company’s digital transformation priorities.
Earlier in his career, Kumar served as Director – Global Talent Acquisition at Geometric Americas Inc., where he helped establish and strengthen global recruitment capabilities for software product engineering.
He has also held recruitment leadership positions at HCL Technologies and began his professional journey in recruitment with Datamatics Ltd.
With his experience across global engineering and technology organizations, Kumar is expected to play an important role in strengthening Quarks’ talent infrastructure and supporting its long-term growth strategy.
