PwC India has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Navnit Nakra as partner and technology sector leader. His new role focuses on guiding the firm’s technology sector practice and advancing digital transformation, innovation and advisory capabilities for clients across the country.
Navnit brings more than twenty years of experience across the global technology and financial services landscape. His work has centred on helping organisations use emerging technologies to drive long term value and business impact. At PwC India his mandate will include supporting companies as they navigate digital disruption, improve governance and create sustainable competitive advantage through innovation focused consulting.
Before joining PwC India, Navnit held senior leadership positions in well known organisations. As president and chief business officer at a consumer robotics company he played a major role in scaling international operations and strengthening the brand’s presence in global markets. At a leading payments and commerce platform he served as chief revenue officer, driving enterprise growth, expanding partnerships and enhancing the company’s reach.
Earlier, Navnit served as chief executive officer of a prominent smartphone brand in India. He contributed to the company’s rise to market leadership by focusing on customer centric innovation and operational excellence. His professional journey began at an international financial institution, where he spent more than fifteen years in roles across ecommerce, commercial banking and risk analytics, gaining deep expertise across India and the wider Asia region.
His appointment highlights PwC India’s commitment to supporting technology driven transformation for its clients. With his industry expertise combined with the firm’s global network, Navnit is expected to help position PwC India as a trusted partner for enterprises shaping their digital future in a fast evolving and competitive environment.
