With over 20 years of global experience leading large-scale AI, data, and digital transformation programmes, he brings a forward-looking vision that combines innovation and intelligence within the engineering sector.
In his new role, Puesh will drive TCE’s dual digital charter, focusing on two main goals — accelerating the company’s internal AI-led transformation and building customer-focused, data-driven solutions to enhance TCE’s engineering capabilities. His approach will centre on AI, automation, and analytics to strengthen precision, agility, and sustainability across the organisation’s design and delivery systems.
Before joining TCE, Puesh served as Global Chief Digital and Information Officer at Welspun World, where he led one of the most ambitious digital overhauls in the sector through AI-enabled supply chains, blockchain transparency, and e-commerce innovation. He has also held leadership roles at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in the Automotive and Farm Equipment Business and at Tata Motors, where he developed pioneering analytics frameworks that achieved significant business results.
Puesh has been recognised among India’s Top 50 Analytics Leaders (2020–2023) and is an active member of the MIT Technology Review Global AI Panel and the World Economic Forum’s AI Leaders Community. Puesh’s appointment reflects TCE’s strategic commitment to becoming a future-ready, intelligent engineering enterprise powered by digital technology, data, and AI for sustainable growth.
