Mr. Vaibhav Dhawan, who is now the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Prozo, one of the fastest-growing full-stack supply chain firms in India, has taken on the duties of the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Since April 1, 2025, Vaibhav has served as both COO and CTO, contributing a cohesive leadership style to Prozo’s operations and technological strategy.
Vaibhav’s new role will improve agility, service quality, and responsiveness across client engagements by promoting closer alignment between Prozo’s technological roadmap and operational execution. This calculated action demonstrates Prozo’s dedication to creating a supply chain ecosystem driven by deep technological integration that is future-ready and SLA-driven.
Vaibhav Prozo’s proprietary tech stack, which includes ProOMS (order management system), ProWMS (warehouse management system), ProShip (transportation management system), and most notably the Prozo Control Tower, which guarantees best-in-class SLA adherence and end-to-end supply chain visibility, was built and scaled with his help during his more than eight years at the company. His capacity to unite platform thinking with operational execution has greatly improved client satisfaction and delivery quality, establishing Prozo as a reliable partner for well-known companies in the B2B, B2C, and D2C markets.
