Based in London, Ms. Marshall will support the firm’s human capital and operational priorities, bringing experience in people operations and European HR leadership within the private equity sector.
Before joining Providence Equity Partners, Marshall worked at Hellman & Friedman as Manager, People Operations from September 2023 to January 2026 in London. In this role, she supported people operations in a private equity environment, contributing to HR and operational initiatives across the organization.
Prior to that, she spent more than 9 years with M3 Capital Partners LLC, which was later acquired by GLP and then Ares Management. During her tenure from July 2014 to September 2023, she served as European Operations & HR Manager. She also held multiple roles before 2019, covering both operations and HR responsibilities supporting the firm’s European operations.
Marshall’s earlier experience includes internships with Clifford Chance as a Climate Change Legislation Intern and with Herbert Smith Freehills as a Financial Services Regulatory Intern, both between December 2021 and January 2022.
She also served as HR Masters Student Representative at the University of Greenwich from September 2020 to October 2021 and provided Human Resources (Ad Hoc Support) to urbanest UK on a freelance basis from January 2021 to June 2021.
Earlier in her career, Marshall worked at LA Fitness as Marketing Outreach Coordinator from May 2012 to September 2012.
With experience across HR operations, private equity environments, and European workforce management, Marshall is expected to support Providence Equity Partners’ human capital strategy and operational initiatives.
