PwC India has announced the appointment of Priya Ramdev as Partner in its Human Capital practice. In this role, she will use her two decades of experience to strengthen the firm’s advisory capabilities in people strategy, talent transformation, leadership development, and digital human resources innovation.
Priya most recently served as Chief People Officer at McKinsey and Company, where she played a key role in advancing people and culture initiatives, organisational leadership, and human capital management. Her work focused on talent analytics, culture building, and organisational effectiveness, delivering measurable business outcomes.
Prior to McKinsey, Priya spent more than 15 years at Accenture in a variety of senior leadership roles across human resources strategy, business partnering, and talent enablement. She served as Head of Human Resources for the India Market while also driving initiatives in talent strategy and digital transformation. Her leadership positions included Human Resources Business Partner, Vice President of Talent Strategy, and Head of Human Resources for Technology Consulting. These roles gave her deep expertise in enterprise transformation and large-scale talent management.
She began her career at Citi in credit risk management before transitioning into human capital. Alongside her corporate career, she is the Founder of Leadership Prism, an advisory and coaching practice that focuses on transformation, resilience, and leadership effectiveness using a systems psychodynamics approach. Through this platform, she has worked with leading global clients such as McKinsey, EY, Genpact, and SBI Ventures.
Priya is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, a certified Independent Director, and was named among BW’s 40 under 40 Human Resources Women Leaders in 2023. She is also a recognised advisor, speaker, and leadership coach, combining academic knowledge with practical business applications.
She holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and has completed the Executive Coaching Certificate Programme at INSEAD with a focus on leadership and talent development.
