Mr. George will lead Practo’s AI charter across the platform and work closely with teams across the organization to expand the use of artificial intelligence in care navigation, provider tools and platform intelligence. His appointment comes at a key stage for the company as it continues to grow in India while expanding into international markets including the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
In this role, George will collaborate with Practo’s product, engineering and clinical teams to further integrate AI into how patients discover and access healthcare services. He will also work on improving how healthcare providers deliver care with greater accuracy, reliability, and consistency at scale. He will report to Shashank ND.

George brings nearly 20 years of experience in machine learning, AI platforms and product-led engineering. Before joining Practo, he held senior leadership roles at Observe.AI, where he worked on building large-scale production AI systems for global enterprises.
Earlier in his career, he led Platform and AI initiatives at Belong.co, focusing on search and personalization technologies. He also worked with the Advanced Technology Group at NetApp, where he contributed to machine learning and data science systems designed for large-scale distributed environments.
George holds a Master’s degree in High Performance Computing from Indian Institute of Science.
