Polymatech Launches €100 Million PCB Plant in Estonia

Polymatech Electronics has opened a new printed circuit board factory in Estonia, marking a major step in the company’s global growth plans. The facility represents an investment of €100 million, which is about ₹1,000 crore.

The new factory includes a 10,000 square foot cleanroom equipped with advanced technology. It has the capacity to produce up to 50,000 square metres of multi-layer High Density Interconnect PCBs each year. These precision boards are designed for high-end uses such as telecommunications, smartphones, wearables, and aerospace.

Chief Executive Officer Eswara Rao Nandam said the facility reflects Polymatech’s strong focus on innovation and quality. “Our European-made PCBs, crafted with European expertise and adhering to the highest quality standards, are in high demand across various high-end applications.”

Tarja Rapala, Director and Head of PCB Business, said the factory started operations on August 8 and will enable the company to deliver fast and sustainable solutions across Europe. Chief Innovation Officer Dr Allen Nejah explained that moving from component manufacturing to a complete product-focused approach marks a significant change in the company’s strategy.

This facility highlights Polymatech’s increasing presence in premium electronics across Europe. It also supports Polymatech’s aim to provide high quality engineered solutions for sectors such as defence, automotive electronics, telecom infrastructure, and industrial applications.
