Just a day before its official launch in India, the upcoming Poco C85x 5G smartphone has had several key specifications and features revealed online. The device will be introduced by Poco on March 10. The company has already teased the design earlier, showing a dual rear camera module and a dual-tone back panel. A dedicated microsite on Flipkart now confirms more details about the handset, including its display, battery and performance features.

The Poco C85x 5G will feature a 6.9-inch display with up to 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen also carries TUV Rheinland Circadian Friendly, Low Blue Light and Flicker Free certifications, designed to improve viewing comfort. The phone includes a water-drop style notch on the front to house the selfie camera, while the rear panel carries a dual camera setup along with an LED flash.

Powering the device will be a large 6,300mAh battery, which the company claims can deliver up to 2 days of battery life. According to the brand, the handset can support more than 35 hours of video playback, over 14 hours of gaming, more than 20 hours of social media browsing or over 50 hours of voice calls on a single charge. The phone supports 15W wired charging and also offers 7.5W wired reverse charging.

For photography, the Poco C85x 5G will feature a dual rear camera system led by a 32-megapixel AI primary sensor. The smartphone will run on an octa-core processor with a peak clock speed of up to 2.4GHz and has reportedly scored more than 6,00,000 points on the AnTuTu Benchmark platform. It will come with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. Other features include a USB Type-C port, microphone, speaker grille and a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom. The device will also support a dual speaker setup with 200% “Super Volume”. After launch on March 10, the smartphone will be available in India through Flipkart, with at least a gold colour option confirmed.
