Pidilite Industries has confirmed the appointment of Sudhanshu Vats as its new Managing Director and Kavinder Singh as Joint Managing Director. This leadership transition will take effect from April 10, 2025, following the conclusion of the current tenure of Managing Director Bharat Puri.
In addition, Puri, who has served as the MD for the past decade, will continue his association with Pidilite as a non-executive, non-independent director of the company’s board for a period of three years, beginning from April 10, 2025, through April 9, 2028.
MB Parekh, Executive Chairman of Pidilite, expressed gratitude towards Puri’s leadership, stating, “We thank Bharat for his invaluable contribution as managing director for the last 10 years. Pidilite has made substantial progress and created significant shareholder value during his term. The appointments of Sudhanshu and Kavinder as MD and joint MD will reflect the next phase of the Pidilite leadership journey.
