PI Industries welcomes Kamali Rajesh as Global Chief People Officer (GCPO)

Based in Dubai, Kamali Rajesh will lead the company’s global people strategy, with focus on leadership capability, talent architecture, and culture transformation as the business scales across chemistry platforms and regions.

Kamali brings nearly 30 years of global HR leadership experience across agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors. Her background includes building global people systems, strengthening organizational capability, and leading leadership and organisation development across multi-country environments. Her appointment underlines PI Industries’ focus on building a future-ready workforce aligned with business transformation, R&D-led innovation, and international growth.

In her new role, Kamali will shape the company’s global talent agenda, strengthen people governance, and drive culture and leadership programs. She will also build strong HR systems to support PI’s evolving business model, covering innovative farm solutions and global partnerships across custom synthesis, manufacturing, co-marketing, and distribution.

Before joining PI Industries, Kamali spent over 8 years at Syngenta. She held senior HR roles including Global Head – People and Organisation Development, Head of Human Resources APAC, and Head – HR ASEAN. In these positions, she led major initiatives in organisation development, leadership capability building, and talent transformation across high-growth markets in Asia and global hubs.

Earlier, she built a long leadership career at Ford Motor Company across Asia Pacific and Africa. Her roles included Director – HRBO (Manufacturing & IT), Director – Human Resources (Learning & Development and HRBO), and Director – Talent Recruitment, Learning and Organisational Development, Asia Pacific & Africa. She supported large manufacturing teams, complex multi-country operations, and enterprise-wide capability programs.

Kamali earlier worked at PepsiCo as a Human Resources Executive and began her HR career at Vibormech Engineering.

With this appointment, PI Industries further strengthens its leadership team as it expands across chemistry platforms and contributes to global goals in food security, nutrition, and sustainable innovation.
