Parker Phillips has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at InStride Health, a leading specialty outpatient provider for paediatric anxiety and OCD. As one of the early members of the organisation, he will continue to expand and scale the technical foundation he has built. He will oversee AI, product, engineering, design, IT, data, and security functions to ensure they evolve alongside InStride Health’s clinical model.
In his new role, Parker will focus on advancing InStride Health’s AI and data capabilities, deepening the digital care platform, and strengthening infrastructure to deliver high quality, technology enabled care at scale. His work will ensure that innovation continues to improve access and efficiency while maintaining strong standards of clinical excellence.
At InStride Health, Parker has steadily progressed through senior technology leadership roles during the past four years. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Technology after earlier promotions to Vice President of Technology, Vice President of Engineering, and Director of Engineering. In each role, he played a key part in building scalable digital systems that have supported the company’s growth and patient focused mission.
Before joining InStride Health, Parker worked at Commure for nearly three years, starting as a Full Stack Engineer and later becoming Engineering Manager. At Commure, he contributed to the development of health technology platforms designed to transform care delivery.
Earlier in his career, Parker spent more than three years at Palantir Technologies, where he held roles as a Quality Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, and Full Stack Software Engineer. These experiences gave him valuable expertise in creating secure, data driven systems. He also worked as a consultant with Akiona Technologies LLC, where he developed predictive modelling systems, and volunteered with Quetzaltrekkers León in Nicaragua, where he applied both leadership and analytical skills.
