In his new role, Pankaj Aggarwal will oversee finance, compliance, and corporate strategy, supporting the company’s long term plans in solar energy. His appointment comes at a key stage as Kalpa Power works towards expanding scale, building institutional strength, and driving sustainable growth. The company is targeting 5 GW of installed solar capacity by 2030.
Pankaj Aggarwal brings over 20 years of experience across finance, governance, and global operations. Before joining Kalpa Power Private Limited, he served as Senior Vice President Finance at Kalpataru Projects International Limited. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening financial controls and enabling scalable business growth.
Earlier in his career, Pankaj spent nearly 15 years at STL Sterlite Technologies Limited. This included serving as Chief Financial Officer for Global Services, where he managed finance operations across India and the United Kingdom. His responsibilities covered large scale global finance management and operational oversight.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Atul Ltd and other reputed organisations. These roles helped him build a broad understanding across infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing sectors, adding depth to his financial and strategic expertise.
