Santosh Agarwal has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Paisabazaar, starting March 1, 2025, marking a change in leadership. In the foreseeable future, he will continue to offer strategic direction on the life insurance business while reporting to Yashish Dahiya and overseeing the company’s operations.
After 11 years in charge, Naveen Kukreja is taking a break from day-to-day managerial duties. He will supervise the leadership change in the upcoming months and remain connected to the business as a Non-Executive Director on Paisabazaar’s board. Santosh will also become an Executive Director on the board in the meantime.
On February 28, 2025, Vivek Audichya will resign as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), marking yet another significant change. With effect from March 1, 2025, Neeraj Tripathi, his replacement, has been named the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendation was followed by this appointment.
