In her expanded role, Paige will oversee operations and enterprise strategy, ensuring alignment across supply chain, digital capabilities and business performance to drive a customer-centric growth approach.
Robbins brings over 15 years of leadership experience at Grainger, having held multiple senior roles across operations, digital, strategy, and business leadership.
Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President & President – Grainger Business Unit, where she led a major business segment and delivered strong operational performance and growth. Prior to that, she held roles including Senior Vice President, Chief Technology, Merchandising, Marketing and Strategy Officer, and Chief Digital Officer, playing a critical role in advancing the company’s digital transformation and omnichannel capabilities.
Earlier in her career at Grainger, Robbins led global supply chain, branch network, contact center, and corporate strategy functions. She also held several vice president roles across logistics, supply chain, and Americas operations, building deep expertise in end-to-end operations and enterprise strategy.
In addition to her executive role, Robbins serves on the Board of Directors of C.H. Robinson, contributing to strategic direction and governance in the logistics sector.
Before joining Grainger, Robbins spent nearly 20 years at The Boston Consulting Group, where she was a Partner and Managing Director, advising global organisations on strategy, operations, and transformation.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, further strengthening her foundation in strategic leadership.
