OPPO India unveils Service Center 3.0 Pro to elevate after-sales experience

Strengthening its focus on customer satisfaction, OPPO India has rolled out Service Center 3.0 Pro, a next-generation after-sales service network built around technology, transparency, and comfort.

The company said 29 Service Center 3.0 Pro locations are already operational across 18 states. OPPO plans a major expansion in 2026, with 110 new Pro centers set to open nationwide.

The upgraded centers move beyond standard repair services. They introduce digital check-in, real-time queue updates, and dynamic digital displays to reduce waiting time and improve visibility across service stages. Customers can also interact face to face with technicians during repairs, helping ensure trust and clarity in the process.

Each Service Center 3.0 Pro features a refreshed design with clear service zones, modern layouts, and comfortable lounge areas. Dedicated product experience zones allow customers to explore OPPO devices hands-on, while gaming zones are designed to make wait times more engaging and relaxed.

Goldee Patnaik, Head of Communications at OPPO India, said: “Customer expectations continue to guide how we evolve our service strategy. These next-generation centers are built for modern-day users who value efficiency, clarity, and a consistent premium experience across touchpoints.”

OPPO currently operates more than 570 service centers across over 500 cities in India. The company offers customer support in 19 languages and provides services such as free pick-up and drop for repairs, 24-hour turnaround time, and multilingual assistance through AI-powered chatbots, IVR voice bots, and helplines in 9 languages.

Premium users of the OPPO Find and Reno series also receive priority service through Premium Queue registration, reinforcing the brand’s focus on faster and more personalised support.

With Service Center 3.0 Pro, OPPO aims to redefine the after-sales experience by combining digital efficiency with human interaction, while scaling its service footprint across the country.
