OnMobile Global Welcomes Radhika Venugopal as Additional Director

In her new role, Radhika will serve as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, further strengthening the company’s leadership team.

Radhika Venugopal, who is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of OnMobile, brings with her nearly two decades of invaluable experience in financial planning, analysis, investor relations, mergers, acquisitions, and reporting. Her vast expertise in these areas is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the board’s strategic decision-making.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Radhika has held influential positions at renowned organizations, including Vodafone and IFB Industries Ltd., where she made significant contributions to the growth and financial strength of these companies. Her strategic insight and deep understanding of financial dynamics are sure to bolster OnMobile’s continued growth in the competitive mobile gaming sector.

The terms of her appointment will be for a period of two years, pending approval by the shareholders, and she will be subject to retirement by rotation as per the company’s regulations.
