OnePlus Pad 3 Launched In India With Snapdragon 8 Elite And 144Hz Display

OnePlus has officially revealed the price and availability of its latest tablet, the OnePlus Pad 3, for the Indian market. First introduced globally in June, the tablet will now be available in India starting September 5.

The OnePlus Pad 3 has been priced at 47,999 rupees for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version, while the top variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at 52,999 rupees. It will be offered in two colour options, Storm Blue and Frosted Silver. Customers can purchase the device through Amazon, Flipkart, the official OnePlus India online store, and offline retail outlets across the country.

To attract early buyers, OnePlus is offering launch-time benefits. Customers purchasing the tablet between September 5 and 7 will receive either the Stylo 2 stylus or the folio case free of cost. In addition, bank offers with instant discounts will bring down the effective starting price to 42,999 rupees.

The OnePlus Pad 3 is designed as a flagship-level device. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and Adreno 830 GPU, making it suitable for gaming, multitasking and productivity. The tablet supports up to 16GB LPDDR5T RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.

The display is one of its strongest highlights. The Pad 3 comes with a 13.2-inch LCD screen offering 2400 x 3392 pixel resolution, a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate, 540Hz touch sampling rate, and 600 nits peak brightness. It also carries TUV Rheinland Eye Care 4.0 certification for improved comfort during long use. With a 7:5 aspect ratio and nearly 90 percent screen-to-body ratio, it is optimised for reading, browsing and productivity tasks.

In terms of cameras, the tablet features a 13-megapixel rear camera for photography and document scanning, along with an 8-megapixel front camera for video calls and selfies. An eight-speaker setup enhances audio output. It runs OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15, offering AI-powered features including Google’s Circle to Search and Gemini integration. Face unlock is available for security.

Battery performance is another highlight. The OnePlus Pad 3 packs a 12,140mAh unit supported by 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. The company claims up to 72 days of standby time and a full charge in around 92 minutes. Despite its large battery, the tablet is slim at 5.97mm and weighs 675 grams.
