Omnicom Health welcomes Michele Chase as Chief Talent Officer

Strengthening its people leadership at a global level, Omnicom Health has announced a senior appointment focused on talent, culture and long-term growth.

In her new role, Chase will lead the global talent strategy for the healthcare communications network, with responsibility for building leadership pipelines, strengthening organisational culture, and advancing people strategies that support continued global expansion.

Before joining Omnicom Health, Chase served as Global Executive Director – People, Corporate and Investment at GroupM. In that role, she contributed to enterprise-level people strategy across global operations.

Earlier, Chase worked as Principal HR Consultant at WBR Consulting, advising startups and established organisations on employee relations, executive coaching, talent strategy, and recruitment. During this period, she coached senior leaders on complex workplace matters, including conflict resolution, career mobility, and executive compensation.

Chase spent close to a decade in senior global HR leadership roles at BCW Global and Burson-Marsteller. As Chief Talent Officer and Worldwide Managing Director at BCW Global, she played a key role in the merger of Burson-Marsteller and Cohn & Wolfe. She oversaw global leadership restructuring and talent strategy for an organisation with more than 4,000 employees across over 75 offices worldwide. She worked closely with the global CEO and executive leadership on infrastructure redesign, policy alignment, and change communications.

She also served as Worldwide Managing Director, Human Resources at Burson-Marsteller, leading executive talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple global markets.

Earlier in her career, Chase held leadership roles at Teneo Holdings, Financial Dynamics, Wind-up Records, USA Networks, and IMG. Across these roles, she built HR infrastructure, supported rapid organisational scaling, and strengthened employee engagement. Her career reflects a consistent focus on aligning people strategy with business transformation and growth.
