Artificial intelligence development continues to accelerate as leading chipmakers roll out more powerful models designed for complex real-world applications. The latest move comes from NVIDIA, which has unveiled its newest AI model aimed at improving accuracy and performance in advanced systems.
NVIDIA has introduced Nemotron 3 Super, a new AI model built with 120 billion parameters. The model is designed as an open-weight and customizable system, allowing developers to deploy it across a wide range of environments—from personal workstations to large-scale cloud platforms.
A major highlight of Nemotron 3 Super is its training on synthetic data, a technique that helps autonomous systems become smarter and more accurate when performing complex tasks. This approach is expected to strengthen AI capabilities in areas that demand precision and reliability.
The model uses a hybrid “mixture-of-experts” architecture, enabling it to activate 12 billion parameters simultaneously. This structure allows the system to deliver faster responses and more refined predictions while efficiently handling demanding workloads.
Nemotron 3 Super is powered by NVIDIA’s latest Blackwell GPUs, which significantly boost computing performance. According to the company, the model can deliver up to 5x better performance compared to earlier versions.
Early evaluations show promising results. Nemotron 3 Super has already performed strongly in benchmarks such as Artificial Analysis and DeepResearch Bench. These results highlight its potential in sectors where accuracy is critical, including cybersecurity and advanced scientific research.
Developers and researchers interested in exploring the model can access it through platforms like Perplexity AI and Hugging Face, where it is available for testing and experimentation.
