NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and technology services, and Eurofiber, a prominent provider of open digital infrastructure and cloud solutions, have announced a strategic partnership to launch “Connected Workspace,” a new managed service offering private 5G networks to businesses. This collaboration aims to democratize access to private 5G, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises, by offering it on a monthly subscription model, thereby removing the barrier of substantial upfront investments.
The “Connected Workspace” service, set to be available in the Netherlands from September 2025, will combine NTT DATA’s extensive expertise in wireless network implementation and security with Eurofiber’s robust data center and fiber optic infrastructure. Eurofiber currently operates an impressive 70,500 km fiber optic network across four European countries, supported by 10 data centers, which will host these private networks.
This partnership is designed to provide businesses with dedicated, high-quality private wireless connections offering superior stability, scalability, and speed compared to public networks. Clients will gain complete control over their data and network performance, crucial for secure and reliable connectivity in various industries.
This strategic alliance positions NTT DATA and Eurofiber to accelerate the adoption of private 5G across the Dutch market and potentially beyond, addressing the growing demand for secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity solutions in an increasingly digitalized business landscape.
