NPrep, a placement-focused startup developing an AI-powered skilling platform for nursing students and professionals, has secured an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round. The round was led by All In Capital, with additional participation from IIMA Ventures, Chegg founder Aayush Phumbhra, family offices, and several angel investors.
The company plans to use the funding to grow its course offerings, enhance its AI-based learning tools, and strengthen placement partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions across India.
Founded in 2024 by Prince Kaushik, Utkarsh Paliwal, Gourav, and Shrey Gupta, NPrep aims to support students from tier two and tier three cities by offering tailored upskilling and placement solutions. The platform focuses on helping nursing students and professionals become job-ready through a personalised and technology-driven learning experience.
NPrep’s tools include mock interviews, resume building support, and automated assessments to boost job preparedness. According to the company, the platform currently reaches over two million learners each month and has grown its user base to 40,000 students in the past six months.
Looking ahead, NPrep plans to expand its placement services within India by financial year 2026 and explore international opportunities by financial year 2027, building on its blend of healthcare and technological expertise.
