He has previously held leadership positions at Elevate Homes, M3M India Private Limited, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, Godrej Properties Limited, DB Realty, and Raheja Universal, contributing to several landmark developments.
Nilesh began his professional journey as a Civil Engineer with Shapoorji Pallonji and Co. Ltd, steadily progressing into senior leadership roles. Over the years, he has become known for his strong analytical insight, negotiation skills, and structured, process-oriented approach to execution.
