Mr. Gupta will lead the company’s India Global Capability Center and work closely with global teams to advance digital and technology platforms.
In his new role, Rohit will focus on building a high-impact, high-trust organisation that acts as a strategic partner to the business, its brands, and customers. His mandate includes scaling product, engineering, and platform capabilities, while strengthening operating rhythm and alignment across global teams.
Before joining Neighborly, Rohit spent over 7 years at Cimpress, most recently as Director of Product Management. He led product strategy for global fulfilment and manufacturing platforms supporting mass-customised orders at scale. His work focused on improving delivery timelines, on-time performance, sustainability outcomes, and cost efficiencies, including the use of AI/ML-driven decision engines and simulation models. Earlier, he served as Senior Manager and Product Manager, where he managed planning and workflow products across global production facilities and contributed to modernising legacy fulfilment platforms.
Prior to that, Rohit worked with Prudential Global Services Private Ltd as Product Owner and Program Manager. He led enterprise automation strategy, including setting up an RPA centre of excellence, and managed large-scale transformation programs across multiple entities. He also contributed to organisation development and leadership capability building within the India GCC.
Rohit spent over 8 years at Capgemini as Senior Program Manager, leading global transition and transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients. His experience includes platform modernisation, operating model transformation, GCC setup, vendor consolidation, and global delivery expansion. He also served as Chief of Staff to the Capgemini India CEO, supporting executive operations and cross-functional initiatives.
In his early career, Rohit held organisation and talent leadership roles with Capgemini and TCS, focusing on hiring strategy, organisation building, and capability development during high-growth phases.
