Ncontracts has announced the appointment of Sonja Tsiridis as its new Chief Technology Officer, further strengthening its technology leadership following the recent addition of a new Chief Information Security Officer. In her role, Tsiridis will lead technology delivery and drive strategic platform modernisation, bringing advanced analytics and automation capabilities to financial services clients.
“I’m excited to join Ncontracts at such a pivotal moment in the industry,” said Tsiridis. “The opportunity to leverage AI and modern technology to solve real risk and compliance challenges for the financial industry is exactly the kind of impactful work that drives me.”
Tsiridis brings over 20 years of experience in scaling enterprise SaaS platforms across cybersecurity, healthcare technology and B2B enterprise solutions. At Intel471, she played a key role in transforming a suite of cybersecurity tools into a unified threat intelligence platform powered by real-time big data processing. At ZOLL Data Systems, she led the shift of legacy emergency medical services systems to modern cloud-native architectures, managing distributed teams across several continents.
“Technology is the backbone of everything we deliver to our clients,” said Michael Berman, founder and CEO of Ncontracts. “Sonja’s track record of transforming complex technical challenges into scalable solutions makes her the perfect fit to lead our technology vision.”
Tsiridis added, “The best products begin with people. When your teams are empowered and your customers are truly understood, innovation becomes a natural outcome. Our employees are our greatest asset, and when they’re trusted to lead with empathy and purpose, they build solutions that genuinely matter. I’m excited to work with Ncontracts’ exceptional team to build solutions that make a real difference.”
