In this role, Narayan is responsible for strategic planning and management across corporate and consumer branding, along with corporate communications. He will operate within the Group-level Corporate Brand Custodian unit.
Narayan works closely with multiple Adani Group business units to design and execute integrated branding and communication initiatives. He is also tasked with building strong operational processes, systems, and strategic reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and deliver greater impact across the organisation.
Before this appointment, Narayan served as Senior Advisor at a business media company within the Adani Group. In that role, he supported the Media vertical and worked with several news platforms across television, digital, and print formats, while also managing the CEO’s office of a news network.
His professional journey includes senior leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Happydemic and Senior Advisor at EY. He has also served as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff, and Group CFO at a major media and entertainment company. In addition, he has held leadership positions at a leading broadcast network and Shriram Asset Management Company Limited.
Beyond corporate leadership, Narayan contributes to academia as a Visiting Faculty at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. His career reflects a strong mix of strategy, media, governance, and operational leadership experience, which he now brings to his role at the Adani Group.
