Over the past decade at Oracle, Kadam has taken on multiple leadership roles and contributed across critical business functions. His previous positions include Director – Consulting Solutions, Business Development & Strategy, Consulting Practice Director, and Consulting Practice Manager. In these roles, he played an important part in advancing cloud transformation, strengthening consulting capabilities, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Before joining Oracle, Kadam built his expertise through leadership roles at IDBI Intech LTD, ICICI Bank, and e-Serve International. His early experience helped him develop a strong foundation in banking technology and enterprise solutions.
With over 20 years of experience across cloud engineering, consulting, and financial services, Kadam brings deep knowledge in digital transformation and strategic technology leadership. His elevation reflects both his contributions to the organization and his continued role in driving innovation and growth.
