TMG Insurance Services, LLC (“The Mutual Group” or the “Company”), an integrated insurance operations platform serving the mutual industry, today announced that Vineet Bansal has joined the Company as chief information and technology officer. Bansal brings over two decades of global experience in technology leadership across financial services, insurance, and private equity-backed companies. He has a proven track record of scaling and modernizing businesses by integrating specialized technology platforms and leveraging digital solutions.
Bansal will spearhead the Company’s overall technology strategy, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation to support the firm’s continued growth. He will oversee all aspects of The Mutual Group’s technology platform, enterprise applications, data analytics, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT strategy, playing a key role in integrating new members and ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Previously, Bansal served as chief information and technology officer at Oncourse Home Solutions, a portfolio company of Apax Partners, where he led a major carveout, drove several technology transformation initiatives, and spearheaded M&A activities. He has also held C-level roles at Intact Specialty Insurance and IptiQ, a subsidiary of Swiss Re, and served as vice president at Fidelity Investments. Bansal is a graduate of Indore University and Nagpur University and completed the advanced management program at The Wharton School.
