Based in Melbourne, Anandani will lead the company’s enterprise expansion strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
In his new role, Anandani will focus on strengthening the company’s presence in high-growth sectors such as retail, energy and utilities, health insurance and logistics. He will also oversee strategic growth initiatives, build enterprise partnerships and deepen engagement with key industry stakeholders across the ANZ region.
His responsibilities include accelerating business development in sectors such as manufacturing, travel and logistics. He will also support organisations that are navigating digital transformation and AI-driven change.
Anandani has been associated with Tech Mahindra since 2020. Most recently, he served as Communications, Media & Entertainment Head – BPS for the Asia Pacific and Japan region. In that role, he worked on expanding enterprise deals, strengthening client engagement and building strategic partnerships across the region.
Earlier in his career at the company, he held the position of Account Director, where he managed key client relationships and delivery programmes.
Before joining Tech Mahindra, Anandani spent nearly 8 years at Telstra as Country Manager in Mumbai. During that time, he led operational growth and partnership initiatives.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Vodafone and JPMorgan Chase. Through these roles, he built extensive experience across telecommunications, financial services and technology consulting.
With more than 2 decades of experience across global technology, telecom and banking sectors, Anandani will now lead Tech Mahindra’s enterprise growth strategy in the ANZ region. The region has become an important market where demand for AI, digital transformation and large-scale technology partnerships continues to grow.
