Motorola is preparing to launch its new flagship smartphone, the Signature, in India on January 23, 2026. The device will be available for purchase through Flipkart, Motorola.in, and offline retail stores across the country.
The premium 16GB RAM and 1TB storage variant is expected to be priced at ₹84,999. A lower 12GB RAM and 256GB storage option is likely to be available at around ₹65,000. Buyers may also benefit from launch offers, which could further reduce the effective price.
The Motorola Signature features a large 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. The screen is designed for smooth performance and delivers peak brightness of up to 6,200 nits, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, paired with an advanced cooling system aimed at maintaining performance during heavy usage. The smartphone is positioned as a high-end offering for users seeking top-tier speed and efficiency.
On the camera front, the Motorola Signature includes a quad rear camera setup, with all 4 sensors rated at 50MP. This includes a Sony LYTIA sensor capable of recording Dolby Vision-enabled 8K video, targeting users interested in premium photography and videography features.
The smartphone is backed by a 5,200mAh battery, which is expected to deliver up to 2 days of usage on a single charge. It supports 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging for added convenience.
Despite its large battery and display, the device is slim at under 7mm and lightweight. It also carries an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance. Motorola has not shared details on the duration of Android software updates. Additional highlights include exclusive concierge services for travel and lifestyle needs, along with a complimentary first service worth up to ₹6,000.
