Motorola, the smartphone brand backed by Lenovo, is preparing to unveil its latest marvel, the Motorola Edge 60 Pro, in India on April 30. A product that merges power, beauty, and intelligence, this handset is poised to stand tall among the first Android phones offering users the rare liberty of choosing from multiple AI assistants — Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity AI.
Revealed through a teaser page on a major ecommerce platform, the Edge 60 Pro flaunts a premium 6.7-inch quad-curved display, supporting HDR10+, a swift 120Hz refresh rate, and a brilliant peak brightness of 4500 nits. Wrapped in a stylish leather-textured back, the smartphone also comes armored with IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water, alongside Corning Gorilla Glass 7i for added durability.
Under the hood, it carries the high-performing MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme processor, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage, ensuring smooth performance across tasks. The Edge 60 Pro is powered by a robust 6,000mAh battery, which supports lightning-fast 90W wired charging and 15W wireless charging, helping users stay unplugged longer.
On the photography front, the phone impresses with a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP Sony LYT 700C sensor, coupled with a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a macro shooter. For selfies and video calls, there’s a sharp 50MP front-facing camera waiting to capture every smile in stunning detail.
Adding to its allure is a dedicated side button that activates Motorola’s proprietary AI features, collectively known as “moto ai”. These include “Catch Me Up” for smart notification summaries, “Pay Attention” for instant transcription, translation and summarization of text, and “Remember This” to help users store and retrieve memories with ease. Alongside, users will also get access to Google’s intuitive AI tools like “Circle to Search,” “Magic Eraser,” and “Magic Editor.”
Running on Hello UI based on Android 15, the Motorola Edge 60 Pro beautifully blends futuristic AI capabilities with premium hardware design, promising to deliver an intuitive and immersive experience. It is more than just a smartphone — it’s a personal assistant, creative partner, and storyteller in your pocket.
