Monimoy brings wide experience built through important roles at HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, Mahindra Finance, Polycab India Limited, and Capgemini. Over the years, he has led major transformation across compensation structures, performance management, HR technology, governance, and analytics.
Monimoy has contributed to strategic people programmes across several financial and corporate environments. His work also includes designing KMP remuneration models that follow IRDAI guidelines, rolling out employee self service platforms, and improving variable pay and job architecture frameworks across many business units.
At HDFC Bank, Monimoy led the redesign of compensation and performance systems. He worked closely with the CHRO, the NRC, and business leaders to build data backed, transparent, and compliant reward processes. His earlier work at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited focused on implementing the One HR philosophy, improving organisation structures, and enabling HR analytics for workforce insights.
Through his roles at Mahindra Finance, Polycab, and Capgemini, Monimoy gained experience in benchmarking, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, governance, and HR operations. These experiences helped him build strong skills in developing scalable and market aligned compensation and benefits systems. His move to Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd marks an important step in his career, which has been dedicated to strengthening people strategy across leading organisations.
