Mohamed Hamed joins as Corporate Director Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at MEN’S CLUB

Announcing the move, Hamed said, “I’m starting a new position as Corporate Director Information Technology & CIO at MEN’S CLUB!” In his new role, he is responsible for leading the company’s IT strategy and digital transformation across Headquarters, Manufacturing, and Retail operations. The mandate focuses on ensuring technology is closely aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.

Hamed stated that his priorities include building scalable and secure IT foundations, improving operational efficiency, strengthening governance and cybersecurity, and supporting MEN’S CLUB’s continued expansion through value-driven technology investments. He also highlighted his intent to work closely with the executive leadership team and colleagues across the organization to deliver sustainable impact and long-term value.

With over 27 years of experience, Hamed brings deep expertise across information technology and security leadership roles. His background spans IT infrastructure solutions and Information Security Management, covering defensive security, offensive security, IT security, operational technology, and information security GRC.

His industry exposure includes hospitality, manufacturing, fintech, medical, food, travel and booking, travel shipping, banking, telecom, government, health, and military sectors. He has worked across local, multinational, private, and public sector organizations, with hands-on oversight of data security, identity and access security, application security, endpoint security, network, cloud, OT security, security intelligence, and physical security.

At MEN’S CLUB, Hamed will lead end-to-end IT strategy and execution. His responsibilities include defining the corporate IT roadmap aligned with business vision, managing CAPEX and OPEX planning and governance to ensure strong ROI, and overseeing IT operations across headquarters, factories, and multi-branch retail environments to maintain high availability and business continuity.

He will also drive digital transformation initiatives such as infrastructure modernization, ERP implementation, cybersecurity enhancement, and data-driven decision-making. In addition, Hamed will establish IT governance frameworks, lead internal teams and strategic partners, and act as a trusted advisor to senior management on technology investments, risk management, and innovation opportunities.
