Mitali Chitnis joins Systematix Group as Chief Human Resource Officer

Systematix Group has announced a key leadership appointment to strengthen its people and culture agenda.

Mitali Chitnis brings over 19 years of experience in strategic human resources leadership, people strategy, and organisational transformation.

In her new role, Mitali will lead the group’s overall people agenda. Her focus will be on strengthening organisational culture, improving employee experience, and supporting sustainable business growth through strong HR governance and leadership development across Systematix Group.

Mitali has held senior HR leadership roles across several well known organisations. Her career includes roles at FundsIndia, FundsIndia Private Wealth, Fisdom, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund India, ASK Asset and Wealth Management, Reliance Capital under the Reliance Group, Mahindra Group, and Housefull International Ltd.

Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resource Officer at FundsIndia, where she played a critical role in shaping the people strategy during key phases of business growth. Her work supported organisational scale, leadership readiness, and employee engagement.

Known for her people first leadership approach, Mitali brings deep experience across financial services and corporate environments. Her background positions her well to strengthen leadership pipelines and drive progressive HR practices as Systematix Group moves into its next phase of growth.
