Microland, a global AI-first and platform-led technology infrastructure services company, has officially opened its new Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence at its headquarters in Bengaluru. The launch marks a major step in advancing the company’s AI-first vision and reinforces its long-standing focus on innovation and excellence in artificial intelligence.
The company has developed intelligeni, a globally recognised AIOps platform that helps enterprises move from automated operations to autonomous operations. The new centre will build on this foundation by further strengthening Microland’s ability to deliver intelligent, resilient, and future-ready solutions for organisations undergoing AI-led technology transformation.
The AI-CoE is designed to become the hub for enhancing intelligeni’s Agentic AI capabilities and for driving the next wave of autonomous operations for enterprises. It will enable clients to unlock the full power of AI and achieve measurable business outcomes across technology domains.
The inauguration ceremony featured senior leaders of the company including Sam Mathew, President, Robert Wysocki, SVP and Global Client Solutions Leader for Networks and Cybersecurity, TR Srinivasan, Chief People Officer, Meenu Bagla, Chief Marketing Officer, Satish Sukumar, SVP and Head of Platforms, Rohan, SVP and Head of APAC Sales, and Manoj Patel, VP and Head of Delivery for Network and Cybersecurity Services.
One of the highlights of the centre is its ability to provide clients with immersive AI-first experiences by showcasing how intelligeni’s Agentic AI platform works in practice. This gives customers a first-hand view of Microland’s AI-first strategy and its focus on delivering intelligent, interactive, and impactful technology solutions.
Alok Shrivastwa, Chief AI Officer, said, “The blueprint of an AI-first world is rooted in Autonomous Ops, and this CoE is where we turn that vision into reality. Our investments in our Agentic AI-led platform, intelligeni, and solutions focus on delivering business impact and realising the Autonomous Operations vision for our clients. This facility helps build the critical next generation of AI capabilities while enabling our teams to collaborate, innovate, and offer those transformative experiences firsthand to our customers.”
Sam Mathew, President of Microland, added, “The inauguration of this Center of Excellence marks a key milestone in Microland’s strategic journey toward becoming an AI-first enterprise. It is a strategic investment toward deepening our advanced AI capabilities, shaping the next decade of technology transformation. This facility brings together our talent, platforms, and purpose to drive innovation at scale. It will serve as the launchpad for pioneering AI-led solutions that redefine enterprise autonomy with resilience, agility, and intelligence. Through this center, Microland will lead the charge in architecting the future of digital infrastructure, delivering measurable impact for our clients globally.”
