Miamin Systems announces major expansion plan to build 10 GCCs in Hyderabad by 2026

Miamin Systems, known internationally as Miamin Corp, has announced a major partnership with the Telangana Government to set up ten large global capability centres in Hyderabad by 2026. This is one of the largest expansion plans in the region and is expected to create more than two thousand engineering jobs. The initiative aims to strengthen Hyderabad’s position as a leading global technology and innovation hub.

The company, led by chief executive Sanjay Manikandan, has grown rapidly as a leading GCC development and AI focused technology firm in India and the Middle East. With headquarters in Dubai and a strong presence in India, Miamin Systems works to reshape global engineering operations, AI adoption, and offshore innovation models.

Miamin Systems has been working with the Telangana Government to expand technology investments and create an innovation friendly ecosystem. Hyderabad is known for its strong talent pool, modern infrastructure, and supportive environment for businesses, making it a preferred location for companies planning to set up GCCs.

The new plan includes building ten state of the art GCC campuses, creating more than two thousand jobs in areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data science. The company will also support global clients that want to set up research and development and engineering hubs in India. A key part of the expansion will be the company’s AI platform called Miamin GCC OS, which supports GCC setup and operations.

Miamin Systems specialises in GCC setup and management, AI driven recruitment, product engineering, digital transformation, and enterprise AI systems. It has clients in the Middle East, Europe, the United States, and Asia. The company is known for combining technology and operational expertise to support both startups and large global enterprises.

The Miamin GCC OS platform helps companies set up and scale centres, automate recruitment, manage compliance and payroll, and create dashboards for managers. Its adoption has increased because it helps reduce costs and improve efficiency.

The growth of Miamin Systems is closely linked to the journey of its CEO, Sanjay Manikandan. He grew up in Chalakudy in Kerala and described himself as a backbencher who struggled in school and was often overlooked. After completing his graduation and MBA, he entered the corporate world and decided to build his own company without investors or financial support. For eight years, he invested nearly seventy per cent of his salary every month to build Miamin Systems while working full time in HR. He said, “When my company crosses 8 million USD in revenue, I will officially take over as CEO.” The company reached the milestone and he took charge, growing it into a global business with more than one hundred employees and over eleven million USD in revenue.

Speaking about the new phase of growth, he said, “Hyderabad is becoming the world’s most important hub for Global Capability Centres. We are committed to supporting this vision. By 2026, we will build ten GCCs, hire more than two thousand engineers, and aim to generate 24 million USD in revenue. This is not just expansion, it is a long term partnership to strengthen India’s position in global technology leadership.”

The plan includes multi campus GCC infrastructure, large scale hiring in fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, full stack development and data engineering, and further investments in innovation. The expansion will also strengthen technology collaboration between Dubai and India.

Miamin Systems aims to achieve twenty four million USD in revenue in 2026, enter Europe and Southeast Asia, launch new AI based hiring solutions, and grow into one of the top global GCC consulting companies. Its long term strategy is focused on automation, AI, and engineering expertise.
