Melanie brings close to twenty years of leadership experience in human resources within global consulting and technology environments. In this new role, she will lead people strategy, culture transformation, and talent development for the company’s global technology solutions business.
Melanie joins NTT DATA after a long and impactful career at Accenture, where she spent nineteen years in various senior human resources leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Head of HR Partnering and HR Lead for Strategy and Consulting in the United Kingdom and Ireland. In that position, she oversaw workforce strategy and HR transformation for the consulting division.
Before that, she worked as HR Lead for Industry X across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, she contributed to developing a culture focused on innovation and supported digital and industrial transformation programs across the region. Melanie also served as Talent Strategist for global enterprise functions including supply chain, finance, and customer operations, where she helped build leadership pipelines and shape culture change efforts.
Earlier in her career, she gained strong foundational experience through roles at Speechly Bircham and House of Fraser, where she built skills in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. These early roles laid the groundwork for her growth into a global HR leader.
Melanie holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University College London.
