Maxio, a leading player in billing and revenue management solutions, has announced the appointment of Branden Jenkins as its new Chief Executive Officer. Backed by Battery Ventures, Maxio continues to position itself as a pioneer in the B2B SaaS sector, and Jenkins is set to steer the company through its next phase of expansion and innovation.
Jenkins, a highly regarded SaaS executive, brings with him a wealth of experience in finance, vertical SaaS, and AI-driven advancements. Prior to this, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Medius, where he helped drive significant growth. Jenkins also spent nearly a decade at Oracle NetSuite, where he played a crucial role in scaling the business from a $250 million company to a multibillion-dollar industry leader. As Global General Manager of Retail and later as Vice President of Strategy at NetSuite, Jenkins was instrumental in shaping the company’s growth trajectory. He had previously been the CEO of Retail Anywhere, a company acquired by NetSuite in 2012.
On Jenkins’ appointment, Chelsea Stoner, General Partner at Battery Ventures, expressed her confidence in the new CEO, saying, “Branden’s deep expertise in SaaS, the Office of the CFO, and AI-driven solutions makes him the ideal leader for Maxio’s next phase of growth. With Branden at the helm, we are confident in Maxio’s ability to accelerate innovation, scale operations, and deliver even greater value to companies worldwide.”
Maxio’s decision to bring Jenkins on board comes at a transformative time for the company, following the strategic integration of SaaSOptics, Chargify, and the recent addition of RevOps.io. With an ever-expanding customer base that spans industries such as B2B SaaS and AI, Maxio is set to deepen its impact in the billing and revenue management space. Jenkins’ expertise, gained from leading private, public, and PE-backed SaaS companies, will ensure Maxio’s continued success as it helps businesses scale and thrive.
In response to his appointment, Jenkins stated, “It’s an honor to join Maxio as CEO. Maxio is the category leader in B2B SaaS billing and revenue management, serving companies at all stages. The vision set forth by Battery Ventures—through the combination of SaaSOptics, Chargify, and recently RevOps.io—has created a powerful platform that addresses critical aspects of the value chain. I’m thrilled to join the team and help drive our next chapter of growth.”
