With the Melbourne-based leader stepping into the role to support the company’s global growth ambitions, in this position, Ms. Black will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to drive a global people transformation and strengthen scalable, modern people practices that align strategy with execution to unlock long-term value.

In her new role, Black will lead the full people and culture function and oversee a team of 50+ professionals within the company’s fast-moving technology environment.
