Ms. Kohli’s mandate includes leading the company’s people strategy, culture development and HR transformation efforts to support workforce expansion, business growth and the organisation’s wider global ambitions.
Before joining Relaxo Footwears Limited, Manju worked as Senior Vice President People and Culture at Terviva. In this role, she oversaw HR strategy and operations across India, the United States and Australia. Her work involved partnering with the CEO and senior leadership on investor diligence, implementing the BambooHR HRIS platform and driving people transformation initiatives in collaboration with global consulting firms such as Mercer.
Prior to Terviva, Manju spent six years as Chief Human Resources Officer at an international educational institution in Singapore. During this period, she transformed HR operations through an ERP based HCM system, collaborated with consulting firms on leadership capability development and co led the DEIJ steering committee to advance diversity and cultural inclusion. Manju also served on the Executive Team and contributed to several governance committees focused on talent, finance, compliance and institutional development.
Earlier in her career, Manju held leadership roles including Vice President Human Resources at Pearson, Chief People Officer Digital Media and Mobile Solutions at a media organisation and Head of Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Carlsberg Group. Across these roles, she contributed to integration management, HR operating model design, talent retention and building HR frameworks for rapidly growing businesses across technology, media and manufacturing sectors.
Her earlier foundation includes HR leadership positions at Oracle Financial Services Software, Actis and ITC Limited, where she gained deep experience in industrial relations, HR shared services, organisational development and talent management across India and international markets. Manju holds a Master’s Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
