In his new role, Manish will oversee corporate real estate and infrastructure strategy across the region. His responsibilities include driving large-scale infrastructure rollout, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic expansion aligned with the bank’s growth plans.
Manish has been with HDFC Bank for over 3 years, during which he has steadily progressed through key leadership roles. He previously served as Zonal Head & Deputy Vice President, followed by Zonal Head & Vice President – Corporate Real Estate & Infrastructure, before taking on this expanded regional mandate.
Prior to joining the bank, he spent over a decade at Tata Communications, where he held multiple leadership positions, including General Manager – Project Planning & Implementation. During this time, he led large-scale infrastructure deployment initiatives, including ATM rollout programs across India, and implemented cost optimisation strategies that delivered significant savings.
Earlier, Manish worked with Essar as Head – Supply Chain Management (West), where he played a key role in designing nationwide logistics and retail rollout frameworks. His efforts improved operational efficiency and reduced costs.
He began his career at GATI-KWE, gaining strong experience in logistics, distribution, and large-scale operations management. He handled key accounts and contributed to business growth across regions.
Manish’s elevation reflects his deep expertise in infrastructure development, supply chain management, and operational leadership, positioning him as a key driver of HDFC Bank’s continued expansion and efficiency.
