Cloud Kinetics has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Manish K Agarwal. He will be responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, strengthening governance, and supporting long term growth initiatives.
In his new role, Manish K Agarwal will oversee financial planning, compliance, and operational controls as Cloud Kinetics continues to scale its presence across markets. His appointment reflects the company’s focus on building robust financial systems to support sustainable expansion.
Before joining Cloud Kinetics, Manish K Agarwal held senior leadership positions at Mindsprint. He served as Senior Vice President and Head of Group Finance and earlier as Vice President Finance. During his tenure, he played a critical role in building scalable finance operations and governance frameworks, particularly after Mindsprint’s transition from the Olam Group.
Earlier in his career, Manish K Agarwal was associated with Olam, a Fortune 500 company listed on SGX. He served as Chief Financial Officer GCC and Head of Finance for Global Technology Functions. In this role, he led key areas including controllership, treasury, taxation, and large scale transformation initiatives.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Shell, where he managed global technology costs and supported post merger integration following the British Gas acquisition. In addition, he has held senior roles at Tata Teleservices, Bharti Airtel Foundation, ICICI Bank, and KNA Associates.
With experience spanning telecom, energy, financial services, and global technology organizations, Manish K Agarwal brings a broad and deep perspective to his new role. His expertise is expected to play a key role in supporting Cloud Kinetics’ next phase of growth and financial maturity.
