HummingBrains Technologies has announced a senior leadership appointment as it strengthens its focus on supporting Global Capability Centers and large enterprises.
In his new role, Manikandan will lead the company’s mission of enabling Global Capability Centers and large enterprises with scalable talent and managed workforce solutions.
He will focus on helping global organisations build, scale, and optimise delivery centres in India with speed, governance, and operational predictability. Manikandan’s mandate also includes strengthening HummingBrains Technologies’ position as a strategic partner for enterprise transformation.
Manikandan brings over 25 years of leadership experience working closely with global Global Capability Centers and large enterprises. Across his career, he has supported the scaling of contract and permanent workforces, driven delivery excellence, and aligned talent strategy with clear business outcomes.
Manikandan’s academic background includes executive education from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, advanced customer analytics training from The Wharton School, and a postgraduate qualification in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin. His approach combines data focused decision making with strong governance practices.
With this appointment, HummingBrains Technologies aims to build a future focused talent ecosystem to support global organisations expanding their operations in India.
