HDFC Securities, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank and a leading stockbroking company, has announced the appointment of Mangalam Ganesh as its new Chief Technology Officer. With more than 26 years of experience in the financial and securities sector, Ganesh has built a strong reputation for delivering technology solutions that create measurable business impact.
Before joining HDFC Securities, Ganesh was Chief Technology Officer at Axis Securities, where she led digital transformation programmes, built high-performing teams, and set up robust disaster recovery systems. Her earlier career includes senior leadership roles at ICICI Securities, where she was Senior Vice President, and in technology organisations such as 3i Infotech and Larsen and Toubro Infotech Limited.
A Computer Engineering graduate, Ganesh brings a customer-first approach and a passion for digital innovation. She is known for her ability to combine technology with business strategy to enhance value for clients and stakeholders. Her focus will be on harnessing emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, while strengthening scalability and performance at the application level to ensure seamless and secure trading experiences for customers.
