Manish Mangal has been entrusted with the reins of the Americas Communications Business, while Sahil Dhawan will now spearhead operations across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Manish Mangal, a seasoned expert with more than 27 years of global telecom experience, earlier served as Chief Technology Officer for telecom and as Global Business Head for network services. With his deep industry insights and command over next-gen technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, and cloud infrastructure, Mangal is expected to steer Tech Mahindra telecom vertical to greater heights in the Americas — one of its most vital markets.
On the other hand, Sahil Dhawan steps into his new role as the leader of the IMEA region, bringing with him a robust track record as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Enterprise Applications. His leadership is expected to sharpen the company’s focus on regional strategies and agile delivery in a fast-evolving business landscape.
