Maharashtra signs healthcare MoUs worth ₹720 crore at PULSE 2026

In a push to strengthen its healthcare ecosystem, the Maharashtra government signed 15 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) at the PULSE 2026 conference, including 3 agreements expected to bring in investments worth ₹720 crore.

According to officials, the remaining 12 MoUs focus on strategic partnerships aimed at enhancing healthcare infrastructure across the state.

“Through PULSE 2026, we have some investment and strategic MoUs. I think there is a very good scenario of investment in Maharashtra,” Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said during the closing ceremony on day 2 of the event.

Among the key investment commitments, Nipro Pharmapackaging announced an expansion worth ₹200 crore as a direct industrial investment. Pharmax committed ₹470 crore, while Savvycare pledged ₹50 crore.

The investments by Pharmax and Savvycare will be directed towards the upcoming Bulk Drug Park, which will be developed by Ramky Infrastructure under a public private partnership (PPP) model with the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).

The agreements reflect growing investor interest in Maharashtra’s healthcare sector, with a mix of capital investment and strategic collaborations aimed at strengthening the state’s medical infrastructure.
